12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve the matter within 30 days, either party may initiate mediation in Montana. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Montana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may also seek relief in small claims court where jurisdiction allows. You agree to bring any claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

We encourage the use and sharing of the term “Luxxacation” to help spread its meaning and purpose. XSE is committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible collaboration in all operations, including its relationships with affiliated for-profit companies.

As part of its mission to advance strength, integrity, independence, and human well-being, XSE collaborates with affiliated for-profit entities on select initiatives, projects, and events. These for-profit companies may offer support or participate in shared missions; however, each entity maintains separate legal status, objectives, operations, and financial responsibilities.
