You are here…
In that place you never knew you were looking for…
You’re finally courageous enough to enter this region outside of yourself,
outside of your ways, outside of the limits of your brain and your eyes…
There is more to reality than what you can see,
And finally you are taking the plunge into your unknown,
So that now you may know.
Someone has waited so long for you…
Yes, waited for you to come here…
To that region that exists outside of space, even outer space,
And outside of even time itself.
Come now and see that someday your time will be over…
And all that matters is the only reality that then you will have to face.
Now take the hand of the one who made time…
Take in, breathe in the blackness, the emptiness.
Empty yourself of all that doesn’t matter.
(Breathe in for 4 seconds, and hold it for 7 seconds)
As you hold your breath, you realize that’s what you’ve been doing,
Living with bated breath, anxiously skipping from one thing to another.
Now release that anxiety. (Breathe out for 8 seconds)
Release all that stress of clinging to things that do not matter,
Let go of that grip of “having to have things the way you want.”
Open your hands, and as you let go,
Feel the warmth of something real, the warmth of life,
And realize that all you have ever needed lies right within your grasp,
if you only choose to grasp it… because so many are blind to it.
The key to unlock the passage to what your heart truly desires,
Is literally at your fingertips, radiating a light and an energy
That very few people have the vision or courage to grasp.
Though so many say they wish they had that spark of life within,
They choose not to grasp the key. They choose to not even try
To unlock themselves from their current ways,
Because we humans are all comfortable in our own routines,
even if we hate them, and the idea of change can be scary
Or uncomfortable, yet, within one week of adopting a healthy habit,
The very idea of losing it is dreadful, because it’s already the new you.
As you release yourself from all your current ways, ideas, & attachments
Give yourself permission to be better & healthier than you currently are.
Then give yourself the great gift of choosing to be the ultimate you…
See yourself now in 6 weeks, smiling, stronger, more alive and happy.
Now take the first step by mentally and emotionally releasing yourself
From anything and everything that is tearing at you internally…
Distressing you, splitting you in multiple directions…
Dividing you within your mind, body, and spirit,
And dividing you from your Creator, the one who engineered you,
Designed you, and therefore knows not just what makes you tick, work,
But also what makes you sick, what makes you hurt, and knows why,
And even knows how to free you from the grasp of all that hinders you
All that keeps you from arriving at your hearts true desire.
But first you must let go of all these vices yourself.
And as you decide at this very moment right now,
This moment that is so significant that it weighs outside of time…
You feel yourself become weightless,
You are letting go of all those burdens of chasing things that don’t matter
Hurtful wants, fatal fantasies, or poisonous desires,
Leading to regret, despair, or being tricked into being the fool.
The things that weigh you down and keep your heart from flying high.
And now you know the key is in your hand,
You can unlock yourself from your current position of “stuck”
You are now starting on a journey moving forward, your head held high,
Looking up to the light, seeking that which only truly matters in life,
Knowing that the moment you start to get unsteady
You can always come back,
And let go again of all that takes your focus off of the ultimate in life.
You are using your free will to seek what matters most,
To find Truth, to know your purpose, what you were made for & why,
So that all of your priorities may fall peacefully in place.
And in doing so you will find the true desires of your heart fulfilled.
You were created to soar, to ride the turbulence in the sky with mastery,
As the friend of the Master of the Universe, the One who made the wind
Not to make you fall, but to make you stronger, and lift you up to Him.
